Q. I've learned that one of the sides effects of the neuroleptic Thiorizadine (Mellaril) is sexual dysfunction in the form of Retrograde Ejaculation.
1) What is retrograde ejaculation?
2) Is there a solution apart from stopping medication?
3) Is it dangerous?
4) Are there any longer term issues?

A. Retrograde ejaculation means your semen goes backwards when you ejaculate, and into your bladder. I am not familiar with any way to stop this.
