1995-Present: Program Manager - Child/Adolescent Services

Responsible for the overall clinical , personnel, and fiscal management of all the departments within the child/adolescent behavioral health services including inpatient, partial hospital, intensive outpatient, in-home therapy, and traditional outpatient services. Responsible for budget development and analysis strategic planning, recruitment, staff development, program development and evaluation, public relations, market share growth, and continuous quality improvement. Significant Accomplishment: Primarily responsible for transforming this service line from one small adolescent inpatient unit to one of the largest, most comprehensive child and adolescent behavioral health programs in Wisconsin.

1992-1995: Clinical Coordinator -Child/Adolescent Services

Responsible for the clinical supervision, program development, and staff development across the child inpatient program and the adolescent inpatient program. Significant Accomplishment: Led the management team in the conceptualization and implementation of a child inpatient program (1993-1994) which now is one of the only remaining child inpatient programs in a not-for-profit hospital system in Wisconsin.

Responsible for providing individual and group therapy, initial intake assessments, and conducting intellectual and projective psychological testing across the adult and adolescent inpatient programs. Significant Accomplishment: Assisted in the development of an AODA treatment track on the adolescent and adult units. Assisted management in the development of a referral and marketing program including the implementation of a 24 Hour access and referral phone line.
