  Q. 1) Has he encountered any correlation between BPD in females and a low estrogen count?

2) Also, is there a correlation to depression and low estrogen counts and what connection could any of this have on the metabolism.

I am 38 and have just found out that my estrogen count is only 35...a count of a woman who had gone through menopause. Doctors here are puzzled. I did see something's on the Internet hinting that there is a match between estrogen and depression.

A.I do not know about estrogen in BPD, but if low estrogen can effect mood, and it seems to do so in some individuals, then depression of some form could result. This is turn will worsen the BPD. I do not know about estrogen supplement as to even venture a guess about what to do, so I would talk to our OB/GYN.
