Significant Accomplishment: Led the management team in the conceptualization and implementation of a child inpatient program (1993-1994) which now is one of the only remaining child inpatient programs in a not-for-profit hospital system in Wisconsin. 1990-1992: MS Psychologist Responsible for providing individual and group therapy, initial intake assessments, and conducting intellectual and projective psychological testing across the adult and adolescent inpatient programs. Significant Accomplishment: Assisted in the development of an AODA treatment track on the adolescent and adult units. Assisted management in the development of a referral and marketing program including the implementation of a 24 Hour access and referral phone line.
