  Q. I am switching from Lithium to Depakote. I switched from Celexa to Wellbutrin about a month ago. I felt a strange feeling in my head every time I moved. I am feeling the same feeling in my head now too. What is this feeling and how do I stop it?

  A. I do not have enough data to give you a good answer. It could be the Depakote is causing it. It could be an anxiety symptom since Wellbutrin does not cover anxiety at all. It could be a worsening of a preexistent symptom. Not enough clinical data to make a sound guess on this question.
