Paul Mason, M.S., C.P.C, is the co-author of "Stop Walking on Eggshells:  Taking Your Life Back When Someone You Care About has Borderline Personality Disorder." He is currently the program manager of Child and Adolescent  Behavioral
Health Services at St. Luke's Hospital in Racine, Wis. In addition, as a psychotherapist, he specializes in treating people with borderline personality disorder and their families. 

Mason became interested in the assessment and treatment of borderline personality disorder 15 years ago. This lead to his research on differentiating symptom clusters in patients with BPD, which the Journal of Clinical Psychology published in November 1992. Mason, who specializes in the treatment of people diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, also teaches seminars for mental health professionals on the effects of BPD on people who care about them. 

Mason earned his Bachelor's Degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin and his Master's Degree in clinical psychology from Marquette University. He is a member of the American Counseling Association and the North American Association for Masters in Psychology (NAMP). He has quite an impressive resume.
